Description
The A-600/4 machine is used for splitting concrete blocks and bricks for using the result product as facade blocks and facade tiles / cladding. The facade tiles can be of 5 and 6 cm thickness. – The blocks and bricks for splitting should fulfill the requiredcharacteristics in terms of the amount of cement, the type of aggregates, the resistance, the uniform distribution of the aggregate throughout the block, the curing time, the flatness of the production pallets for smooth bottom of the blocks, the marks at each of the sides for splitting.
Automatic operation, equipped with upper, lower, and lateral blades, with mechanically and hydraulically compensated strains.
Automatic injector for feeding and automatic cut.
Cut-out length: 600 mm. – Cut-out height: 40 – 270 mm.
Installed power: 12 HP.
Cut-out force: 20.000 Kg.
Production capacity 36 blocks per minute (18 cuts per minute).
Rollers track for unload. Length: 2.500 mm.
